The club night is Thursday, from 8.30 to 10.30.
Home match nights, on which teams from other clubs are played, are Thursdays and Fridays.
The club has 4 teams in 2 local leagues: Basingstoke and Newbury.

Being members of these organisations gives access to their other competitions, for those interested, as well as the normal competitive leagues.

Feather shuttlecocks are used at the club.

The club tries to remain a friendly, social club, as well as having teams and players in competitive games.

There is no closed season; the club plays all year round.

No visitor’s fee is charged for the first visit to a club night that anyone makes.

Both men and lady players are welcome.

Regular visitors, who pay a small fee after their first visit, are also welcome.

There are discounts on the joining fees for students and those in full time education.
